Shipping/Delivery

 

All orders are shipped UPS, unless requested otherwise. UPS does not deliver to US Post Office Boxes, so we will need a physical street address. Therefore, make sure to advise us of any special shipping requirements. For example, if items can only be delivered to a PO Box we will ship via USPS. Rates will be comparable, but may be slightly different than UPS. Please contact us with any special shipping instructions.

 

Domestic and International Shipping

 

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories: Shipped via Standard Delivery (allow 10-15 business days). Please call if you require Express shipping. Your shipping rate will be adjusted during checkout based on your location in the United States.

 

At this time, we can only process International orders via phone and/or email.

Delivery Time for Orders inside the United States

 

Although we do keep many items in inventory, most of our products are finished to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

 

Once items have shipped, the following table applies:

All shipping charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

 

Returns Policy

 

At ProMetal, LLC, we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

 

ProMetal, LLC will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 90 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt or packing slip. Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

 

We carefully package our items for shipping using appropriate materials to insure they arrive safely to their destination. If your item(s) arrive damaged, return the damaged item to us in the original packing material and carton. If it is shipper-related damage, such as a damaged carton, contact the shipping company as we do not reimburse shipping expenses.

 

To return an item by mail, insure the package and mail it to the address on the packing slip. Your return must be sent back to the correct address for us to credit or refund your purchase. If you do not have a packing slip, please call us at (724) 863-9663.
